We have some T & C’s so that we both have peace of mind:

  • This website is owned by Priscilla van Niekerk, a consultant appointed by Sh’Zen (PTY) Ltd as an Independent Distributor of Sh’Zen products.
  • Delivery takes between 3  to 7 business days (depending on your location) after making payment. The cost of the courier is carried by the consumer and charged at a fixed price. Delivery is only available to an address in South Africa.
  • Payments are made using PayFast which is a safe and secure method of payment.
  • A standard delivery fee of R69 is charged on orders.
  • Your experience of our products is important to us, and we appreciate that your consent is given to send emails to you requesting reviews when you agree to the terms and conditions. 
  • Products are advertised as per the stock availability at the time of publication, in the unlikely event that the product is out of stock at Sh’Zen Pty Ltd, you shall be notified of when the stock is expected or alternative arrangements will be made for a refund or a back order.
  • In order to ensure quality products and exceptional service you may receive a request to review the product purchased or the service received.
  • After payment is received for your order, you will receive a courier tracking number via an email from us.
  • Sh’Zen Direct’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when the courier delivers the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Sh’Zen Direct is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
  • We respect your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect it. Any personal information which you provide on this website will not be shared with or sold to any other third party. We don’t want you miss out on our specials, therefore from time to time we shall use your information to notify you of special offers.
  • Refund Policy: Should a product be damaged or defective at the time of delivery please notify us within 7 days of such delivery, by sending an email to info@shzendirect.co.za stating the details of the damage / defect. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product or refund your full payment within 7 days (depending on your preference).

  • We strive to provide you with the best that nature has to offer, however; each person is unique and some may have a physical reaction to a product. The description, ingredients and application for use are stipulated within each individual product. Sh’Zen Direct does not take any responsibility for the incorrect use of the product or if the product causes a negative skin reaction or if you require medical attention. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the product ingredients before using our products. You are required to consult your medical practitioner before using a product and do a patch test on the skin to check for any skin irritation before using the product.

  • The use of the Website is entirely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for any risk or loss resulting from use of the Website or reliance on any information on the Website.
