APPLICATION
Apply your favourite Sh’Zen facial oil or serum to your skin. Squeeze the cup, apply it to your skin, then release it gently to create a vacuum. Slide the cup over skin to create a suction that will increase circulation. Always start from the centre of your face and glide the cup outwards. Do this for 5-10 minutes maximum. Repeat the process at least two to three times a week to reap its full benefits.
